Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:

Undamaged

Returned with all original tags intact
The product will need to be self-shipped to us. Once it reaches us and passes our quality check, we will process and dispatch your replacement.

A note on colour & fabric
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and device. A variation of approximately 10–12% may occur and is not considered a defect.
We recommend reviewing the product images, fabric details and description carefully before placing your order, as exchanges are not offered for a change of preference regarding colour or fabric.
Returns
We offer store credit on eligible returns.
If you'd like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

An image of the product if the item received is defective or incorrect
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags intact.
Once your return is received and passes our quality check, your store credit will be processed.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable and are not included in the store credit.
Please contact us before sending a return. We cannot accept returns that have not been notified to our team in advance. We recommend using an insured courier service when sending your return.
Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Cancellations
Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Cash on Delivery Orders
COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, email orders@ithikastudio.com within 24 hours with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” and include your order number.
Any of our prints can be made in any of our silhouettes.
